What are the deliverables & the value of a Discovery?
A discovery is a valuable tool for both the client and Hi-Link. A discovery allows Hi-Link to gather information about your network design and all of your resources. After this is completed, Hi-Link lays out an overview of your network in a document. Hi-Link then lays out its finding, analysis and finally makes recommendations on items that may not be addressed in your network or need strengthening. The discovery covers your design, security, backup, disaster recovery, windows systems, network design, configurations, and monitoring. This discovery becomes a great resource for the client and allows future projects to be a great deal easier. A sanitized version of a discovery can be obtained by contacting a Hi-Link sales representative.

What are the deliverables & the value of a Wireless Survey?
Hi-Link has conducted many wireless surveys and installations at local schools, hospitals, and businesses. The key to a successful wireless project is a well done site survey. The site survey allows a client to optimize their wireless network. The survey lays outs a specific plan on how to maximize access point coverage and bandwidth. All circumstances are taken into account whether the scenario is for one person sitting in a room or an auditorium filled with 500 people. A site survey pin-points your AP's (Access Points) maps coverage and dead spots and allows for easy addition or subtraction to your wireless network.

What are the deliverables & the value of a Security Assessment?
Much like a network discovery a security assessment is a detailed and probing overview and assessment of a company's current network security system. Hi-Link's security engineers will attempt hacks and probe deep into your network. After this initial phase is completed, Hi-Link will supply an overview of your network's overall security, analysis your current security and make recommendations to improve your security. A security assessment also includes a report of your employee procedures, and physical environment. Many attacks and stolen information occur from a disgruntled employee or from a CD being left on a desk accidentally. Hi-Link goes in-depth into your company's environment and culture.
